बारिश में अधिक से अधिक भीगे अनाज, सरकारी महकमे ने की पूरी तैयारी

हिंदी सटायर डेस्क। मानसून की आहट सुनते ही मप्र सरकार ने मंडियों में रखी उपज के भीगने के पूरे इंतजाम कर लिए हैं। सरकार ने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि पिछले साल की तुलना में इस साल 20 फीसदी अनाज अधिक भीगना चाहिए। ऐसा न होने पर उनके खिलाफ कड़ी विभागीय कार्रवाई करने की चेतावनी दी गई है। इस बीच, कई इलाकों में निसर्ग तूफान के असर के कारण हुई पहली ही बारिश में मंडी प्रांगण में रखे अनाज के भीगने से सरकारी खेमे में उल्लास की लहर है।

मप्र में कई इलाकों में जून के पहले पखवाड़े में मानसून के पहुंचने का अनुमान लगाया गया है। इस संबंध में कृषि विभाग के एक सीनियर अफसर ने हिंदी सटायर से खास बातचीत में कहा, “हर बार की तरह इस बार भी हम अनाज को मानसूनी बारिश में भिगोने के लिए पूरी तरह से तैयार हैं। वैसे तो हमने इस तरह की चाक-चौबंद व्यवस्था कर रखी है कि खरीदा गया या किसानों द्वारा बेचने के लिए लाया गया अनाज बिल्कुल नैचुरली खुले में ही पड़ा रहे। फिर भी अगर कहीं गलती से अनाज को सुरक्षित रख दिया गया है तो उसे जल्दी ही मानसून दिखाने के लिए खुले में ले लाएंगे।”

उन्होंने कहा, “सारे संबंधित अफसरों को अधिक से अधिक अनाज और उपज को मानसूनी बारिश में भिगोने के सख्त निर्देश दिए गए हैं। इसके बावजूद अगर किसी मंडी या सरकारी गोदाम में अनाज सुरक्षित पाया जाता है तो संबंधित अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।”

20 फीसदी अधिक का टारगेट :
प्यून को पान-बहार लाने का निर्देश देने के बाद अधिकारी ने बताया कि अब सरकार भी प्राइवेट सेक्टर्स की तरह टारगेट बेस्ड काम करने लगी है। इस बार पूरे प्रदेश में अनाज के भीगने का लक्ष्य पिछली बार की तुलना में 20 फीसदी अधिक दिया गया है। उम्मीद है कि हम इसके आसपास रहेंगे।

यह पूछे जाने पर कि इतना प्रगतिशील राज्य होने के बावजूद मप्र अब तक 100 फीसदी लक्ष्य हासिल क्यों नहीं कर पाया? इस सवाल पर सीनियर अफसर ने धीरे से कहा, “प्रदेश में अब भी ऐसे कई भ्रष्ट अधिकारी हैं जो गोदाम में रखे अनाज को मानसून या चूहों से बचाने की कोशिश करते हैं। लेकिन सरकार ऐसे अफसरों पर नजर रखे हुए हैं। हम जल्दी ही ऐसे अफसरों को चिह्नित कर उन्हें उन विभागों में भेजने की कार्रवाई करेंगे जहां केवल मक्खी मारने का काम होगा। ये अफसर इसी तरह का काम करने के लायक हैं।”
